Maser Administration module is a LAN based application. 

The ship captain or master can manage their accounts on board with the help of this tool and provide detailed expenses list for Provision, Bond, cash advances, allotment etc, and other incidental expenses happening onboard.

The captain can maintain his cash book on expenses onboard. 

Provision & Bond Purchase and Consumption are properly tracked along with current cost of each item consumed

There is a budget tool which calculates, the accrual and actual expenses on each and every account head. 

Using this budgeting tool the ship manager and the captain on board can clearly understand their threshold for expenses and act accordingly based on the left over budget which is indicated immediately after every expenses transaction.
